1. ATHLETES AGES 13 – 18
Today, most young athletes are pressed for time. Between school, sports (the average is 10.5 months out of a year), extra-curricular activities, and more, finding time to incorporate an effective strength training program isn’t easy. If too much work is added, the athlete could burn out. If no training is added, injury risk increases as time goes on. The key is to find the optimal amount of training to enhance performance, build more strength and increase lean mass. Over the last 10 years, my number one goal has been to develop a program to incorporate strength training for the young athlete. The results for the athletes who are fully committed have been remarkable.
2. COLLEGE AND PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES (OFF-SEASON TRAINING)
With limited off-season time, the athletes who have incurred injuries are under pressure to recover, as well as improving strength, lean mass, and conditioning in order to achieve maximum performance. Having had over 30 years of experience, Keith has successfully dealt with many such situations.
3. BUSY PROFESSIONALS WITH FITNESS GOALS
We help all humans meet their goals by creating and implementing individualized exercise and nutrition programs in person and online. Advice is given based upon their abilities, body composition, posture, and pain, as well as their personal goals, lifestyle and time constraints.
4. GET OUT OF PAIN
If you have unresolved pain, Keith has training in P-DTR, NKT, VOILA, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Fascial Abraison Technique and more. He uses a combination of these modalities to help clients who have been struggling for a long time to improve their function and feel better.
