Keith Alpert
Keith Alpert has been a strength, flexibility, and conditioning consultant, trainer and Coach Keith Alpert for over 30 years, since 1988. Featured on ESPN SportsCenter and in publications including the Boston Globe, Sports Illustrated, American Health and Fitness Magazine, and Money, Keith has gained peer respect and a wide following for his ability to combine his training skills and teaching style with stellar program design skills. Keith has worked with numerous professional players from the NBA, overseas basketball, and many players from the NCAA as well. Keith holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts. He is certified with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Keith is a Level Four International Coach from world-renowned strength and nutrition expert, Charles Poliquin.


Chris Andersen
Chris Andersen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is certified through the American Council on Excercise since 2012. Chris’s motivation to pursue a career in personal training stems from his childhood struggle with obesity. Although he had experience playing team sports such as baseball and football, his weight gain as a child spiraled to the point where his health ultimately became threatened. Now 9 years removed from losing 90 pounds, he brings high energy and the desire to promote a healthier lifestyle for all. He understands the physical and psychological aspects of turning one’s life around for the better.
Along with the pursuit of pushing his own body to its absolute potential, Chris is forever continuing his education in order to provide the best service possible for his clientele. Chris is “RESULTS DRIVEN”.
